Low weightlessness:

Under the environment of high temperature, high pressure and high humidity, the weight loss level of uncoated magnets can qualitatively reflect its serving life clearly. Referring to the standard IEC68-2-66 and after 20 days HAST testing, weight loss of less than 2 mg/cm2 is available for Flygain magnets, which is the top level worldwide.

High consistency:

The uniformity of one batch and the continuous stability of different deliveries is the critical bolstering for customer’s high quality and mass production. Flygain magnets do well in the consistency, for example, the Cpk of (BH)max could be higher than 1.67.

High working temperature:

Flygain has poured much energy into enhancing the magnet working temperature through advanced technical skills and special production processes, which carried out better thermo stability and less demagnetization in the same named grade comparing with other company’s. Meanwhile, Flygain’s AH and ZH series whose working temperature running up to 230°C and 250°C separately.
